On her way to claiming the D2 State Title, Desjardin was at the center of Windham's #1 ranked defense in D2, and the #2 ranked in the state. She led their defense to allow only six goals all season, as they were one of just three teams to keep their "Goals Allowed" under ten.

Desjardin also picked up a goal and five assists during the season, including the game-winning assist in the State Championship.

To top it all off, she had the "Best Individual Game Performance" of the season, where she probably made the best back to back defensive save you will ever see, and it just happened to be in the D2 Final.
