11 minutes in, Lois Schwarz scored the first goal of the game. With ten minutes to go in the first half, Diana Schwarz found Isabelle Sangha, to make it 2-0. Then, Merrimack Valley was maybe hoping to get to halftime down two, and regroup, but Diana Schwarz scored a third, with two minutes to go, to ice the game.
In the second half, Merrimack Valley would get one back thanks to Reilly Swislosky, but it was not enough as Hanover's defense saw out the game, 3-1.
One amazing thing on the afternoon was watching Diana Schwarz break away. She is incredibly fast, she is a good dribbler, and she can score. Watching her outpace people is as entertaining as it can get. Fair warning to any team playing Hanover, if she gets in behind your back line, you are not catching her.
Murphy continues to rack up saves (20), but it isn't enough as Exeter sneaks by South, 1-0.
